Gilberto helps Toronto FC beat Chivas USA 3-0

TORONTO (AP) — Gilberto scored a goal and set up another in Toronto FC's 3-0 victory over last-place Chivas USA in Major League Soccer on Sunday.

Jackson and Luke Moore also scored for Toronto, which ended a six-game winless streak with its first victory since beating Columbus on Aug. 9.

Chivas has lost six straight and is 10 of its past 11 games. It has also been shut out in nine of its last 10 matches.

Both teams were reduced to 10 men in the 66th minute after an altercation between Jackson and Chivas midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker. Both were given red cards.
